The speed of a leader is the speed of the gang

Keynote Speaking

When you ask people the words they associate with Innovation, they say “creativity, new, different, and risky.”  Yet, the most compelling association with the word Innovation is Courage. The greatest innovations of our time were born from people that had the courage to sow their ideas / ideals and give them life. Could you image what the world would be like if we all had the courage to sow our ideas / ideals? Innovation would be abundant, new communities would form; we would all live in a much happier and wealthier place.

Having the courage to innovate is being able to embrace the Entrepreneurial spirit; allowing risk to become your best friend, responsibly. People from developing countries are known as informal entrepreneurs because they had to innovate and create new opportunities, just to survive. In the US, we have had the privileges of education and a system of capitalism to avoid daily survival tactics and thus have viewed Entrepreneurship as a strategic opportunity for wealth creation.

“We recently invited Glenn to address our leadership team at our Dallas office. From his perspectives on happenstance and luck, good fortune and responsibility, our team found Glenn engaging and thought-provoking. His coaching brings great value to those that want to better manage their success in business and in life.”

Jesus Mantas,
North America General Business Leader IBM Global Business Services

United States that has affected the world economy, there is a new found demand for the entrepreneurial mindset amongst organizations and individuals as we seek to create new industries as the old ones have lost their momentum. It is no longer a choice; it’s the “new normal.”

While we are not all born entrepreneurs, we all must now learn to embrace its new core principals; not only for the growth of the economy, but for humanity.
"Glenn's entrepreneurial acumen and sentience are genuien, infectious, and disarmingly engaging. Welcome his "Cuban fusion", which has the impetus to transform global business into global living: passion + sensitivity + a sustainable legacy - for a brand or a believer."
