The following assessment was created to measure the authenticity of your leadership in the workplace. Just because you assume a leadership role does not mean that you are utilizing your inherent cultural roots as sources of strength in maximizing your leadership capabilities. In today’s new workplace, leaders must touch the business just as much as they lead it.
